1 hour to get started with your Personal Fitness Training program that’s custom-built with your goals in mind. This includes a body fat test with measurements and an assessment including blood pressure testing.

I can in some cases provide packages with sessions that are 1/2 hour in duration. This depends on the frequency of the sessions and can be discussed and worked out on a case by case basis.

Speciality Core Condition Training
One of my specialities is sport specific core conditioning. One of the concepts that create a lot of confusion in the strength and conditioning field is the difference between core conditioning and abdominal training. For many people, this is the same thing. However, there is a difference .
Most of the influence in abdominal training comes from the bodybuilding field where the goal is to build hypertrophy (Muscle growth) and definition in the movers. Core conditioning though is more about training the stabilizers, developing functional strength and establishing a proper sequence of muscle firing patterns in the entire abdominal area. In other words, training the abs for aesthetic purposes vs. training the abs for function and performance.
Rehabilitative Strengthening & Programming
I have extensive knowledge in rehabilitative strengthening programs, and I am happy to liaise with your personal physio or recommend one for a consultation before we start training together.
Boxing & Circuit Drills
These are a fantastic option if you wish to pair up with a friend and train together. Almost becoming extinct over the last 10 years, Circuit style training has a made resurgence and works brilliantly with boxing patterns.
We’ll forge some of the most electrifying circuit routines around utilising minimal equipment and total body with an emphasis on boxing!
